Our Verdict:
Elliptical perfection is achieved in the Sole E95 Trainer model. Although priced as $1699, it has been awarded the best elliptical even if priced at above $2000. With its huge 400 pound weight capacity, it offers such a solid and stable ride quite comparable to commercial gym equipment. There is great technology incorporated into the machine angled slopes on the footpads. Power incline features, built in switches on the hand grips, plus an audio system for MP3 and iPod hook-ups. What more can you look for in a home elliptical trainer that matches the features of professional gym equipment? If there ever is a complaint on this model, it would be the overall size of the E95. This elliptical is rather long and takes up considerable space for a home model. However, the length makes for its stability and sturdiness, plus the fact that it can take on heavier users. Other home models are not able to provide this. |

Customer Feedback-
"very solid and a nice, long stride. I am only 5'4 but anything less than 20" in stride length feels choppy to me - I don't know how anyone can stand most home machines!" - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "I am 5'6" and about 145 lbs, my husband is 6'4" and about 220 lbs, therefore the thing had to be SOLID and comfortable for us both. The e95 definitely is. My husband uses it with absolutely no shaking, rocking, etc and it is quiet as heck. I love it .. Not too hard to use, not too easy- was worried about the bulky arms, but I actually like them even though I have small hands." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "this is absolutely the best bang for the buck as far as ellipticals go. Sole ellipticals are the best ellipticals under $2000." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com "Personally I like to vary resistance/incline/speed throughout my workout and this machine does not allow the resistance to go low enough. Three other people I know that regularly use ellipticals won't use mine when they visit because of the resistance issue. My wife basically can't use it." - Actual User Review - Amazon.com |
